Born This Way (era) was a mess. Gaga became annoying to most, but the music was still good. Her team had gone to crap, but her music only got better with BTW. The album is her best full length album. BTW covers a lot of ground from start to finish while remaining one cohesive album. Sex, loneliness, relationships, death, and acceptance remain present throughout the album. I'd say this is her most cohesive album so far. The production is dated in parts but in a good way...like how disco has made a return today. Many people were too focused on Gaga's image this era to really pay attention to what she was saying + creating on this one, which is her and her team's fault.
TFM is her best body of work though. It is pop art done correctly!
