It is clear in the video that the two girls are getting physical and fighting with each with fists just outside Emily’s house. After a few minutes Emily is seen threatening to go into her home and get a soft gun. She apparently meant an air gun with which plastic BB’s can be shot. Then Miranda is seen charging at Emily, all of a sudden with renewed vigor. Emily is then seen grabbing a shovel lying nearby and bringing it down of Miranda’s head bang on.
Miranda was injured in the head and even lost hearing in one ear temporarily. But later it turned out to be very serious according to some reports. On the same day while she was watching the show ‘Mean Girls’ (how appropriate!) at home, the report says Miranda just collapsed in a heap and instantly died. According to the doctors she died of very severe trauma due to the head injury
