Xenoblade Chronicles is hands down the best Wii game.
Donkey Kong Country Returns, Metroid Prime Trilogy, the Mario Galaxy games, Punch-Out!!, Resident Evil 4 (best port), Brawl, No More Heroes, Rhythm Heaven Fever, and Skyward Sword are also some of the best.
