If Azealia can get her act together, be professional, have some respect and improve her writing so that what she's saying actually makes sense to listeners, then she'll have longevity where Iggy won't. Plus I think Iggy's going to be very dependent on her production and features. In my opinion, the only reason 'Fancy' is successful is because of the production, Charli's chorus and the video. If you listen to Iggy's raps alone, her voice just doesn't cut it for me. Even when she's conducting interviews and you hear her speaking force, to me it sounds like she has phlegm or a 'frog' in the back of her throat. If you don't have a nice speaking voice, why would you have a good rapping voice/singing voice? And that's before the accent she puts on has even come out.

Azealia will come to have more versatility. She can sing her own choruses, and sing them well. She'll be able to sing pop, house, indie, soul, ballads, basically anything really. Plus her rapping style is organic and sounds like it's just coming naturally to her. Not like she's forcing it out or forcing an accent. When you hear Iggy live though, it seems like a different story...I don't think Iggy will have longevity at all.

Iggy is terrible live. But she's slaying while the other remains perched on Twitter.

All I hear about Azealia is complain about how much better she is than all these other artists, and truly, I will believe it when I see her prove it.

Call me when Azealia releases an album or gets a #1 record in the US.
