Reading the comments section, some people point out that filming people down the street ISN'T illegal since it is a public place, but when he enters the place with those Asian people there he's breaking the law because that place is a private property

It's illegal for him to film into public buildings and to record audio of people without permission, especially while on cell phones.

He seems oblivious to laws.

It's also illegal for him to obstruct the man in the taxi cab.

I also think it could be considered private property inside of vehicles as well and maybe pushed a bit him following people and filming could possibly be considered harassment.
