Not that I recall.
I remember her and Ben starting this romantic relationship bts of the "Gigli" film, and the media started to catch on meanwhile she was still legally married to Cris, although according to the rumors they were split.
Ben was also there for "Madre's" restaurant opening. Oddly enough, he was the one that brought her flowers while she was holding Cris's hand and taking pictures.
Ok I got the tea. After my research I realized that Gigli was being filmed around December 2001, but wasn't released until 2003. MIM was filmed in June 2002 and released December 2002. Now it makes more sense because she split with Cris some time in the Summer of 2002 but was not legally seperated until 2003 some time around AIH's success.
