Before I joined this forum, i didn't really type a whole lot of things aside from school assignments. In taking part in this internet forum, despite not keeping my fingers around the ASDF and JKL; keys and typing all over the place, I have seen my typing speed nearly double what it was before I joined ATRL (from 30 words per minute to 60 WPM).

has this been a similar effect for you on ATRL and other forums in general?

Maybe a little bit. My typing speed was already pretty fast before I even joined.

Yes that's how I got my job... I put I have experience with typing on pop forums like ATRL.

My typing speed has leveled out over the years. ATRL hasn't really effected it. I used to type at 110-120 WPM (depending on the assessment), and am now at around 90.

I type like 60 wpm is that good ? But I barely know how to operate a computer nowadays

Not really... Same as always. Although my mobile typing speed has increased!!

It might have helped you guys to type faster, but you still need to work on your grammar.
