If your single is catchy and can be mass marketed, then pop radio will play it. She's a pop star at the end of the day. She makes pop music. If anything, pop radio isn't playing her songs.

I guess it is considered some artists that transitioned to Pop and disappeared off the face of the Earth (Usher for example). But I don't think it will affect her since she's been slaying for so long in her career
