I believe the High School thread was deleted because in the past there was a similar thread and a lot of people came with stories that could get people in trouble (stories about sexual abuse, things like that).
And the thread about reporting seems quite stupid to me.

Ok, well in that case, once they close the thread, how would I even know that? There's no message sent out or anything! And I know about messages since i've been banned more than three times. They bombard me with stupid **** all the time on how I encourage "flamebait" but don't notify me when a thread is closed..

All you need to do is ask them in the HQ thread or send a Help Request.
Opening a new thread will only result in more WPs.
