I don't eat healthy but I seriously need to, especially with diabetes in my family
The Healthy thing I do is drink 8 cups water per day but stay eating chips, donuts, microwave food, Top Ramen Noodles. My body is liked filled with salt, I feel gross and outta shape. My parents never buy healthy ****!! My Mom makes healthy food every while but she works a lot and is always busy. So tonight I'm going grocery shopping. What should I get? I'm just getting things for lunch, no breakfast or heavy dinner since I only eat once a day.
