Definitely English. You need to know how to speak, read and write of you can't go anywhere in life. If you're not articulate, how are you going to express your views? It's restrictive.
Science is the second most important because it's the future, and we need to encourage kids to want to contribute to it.
Maths compliments science but it's not as important as the other two because of calculators. But I think a lot of people find it useful. It depends on what mind and job you have, but it's not as mandatory.
