Rihanna's was GORGEOUS, fashionable, trendy.

Gaga's was a gimmick.

... But it was a one of a kind dress. People have worn sheer dresses before and exposed their nipples but never has anyone wore a dress made up of just Swarovski crystals on a red carpet.

Overall as of now id say lady Gaga meat dress is more iconic however the Swarovski dress is iconic to Rihanna career.
