Basically, my body is completely fine (my stomach could be a lil flatter

) but my face just makes me look so chubby, like I have fat cheeks and underneath my chin, I can feel that I've gained weight.
I'm currently dieting now, and I'm drinking loads of water, eating healthily and I'm gonna start exercising next week.
Does anyone know how can I lose weight on my face and give me dieting tips? Thanks! xx
