PSY got an iTunes exclusive deal so they're releasing in Korea after the "exclusive" distribution deal is over

Korean's will eat it up regardless
I actually think focusing on international markets first is a smart idea. He is established at home, they can hold out a little longer for promotion, so he isn't flying back and forward or spreading the Western promo thin for unnecessary appearances in Korea.
