i think it depends on what's said. a lot of people have really stupid or bigoted views when they're teenagers and it's terrible and they should be told they're wrong, but in the end they are still developing as a person.

but if they're doing something that's any worse than just saying something offensive they should be held accountable. i can excuse offensive opinions but things like murder or even bullying are not ok once you're past 13.
