In a sense, yes.
I'm sure we're all dying for new material & stuff, but this is like the one legit excuse she has to take her time. I do believe a portion of the album is done (not saying how much) but I'm sure Ci won't make any moves until she's ready & baby Futch is barely a week old. I'd be surprised if she released anything before the end of the year tbh.
