That's so sad! I'm glad the victim is alive, though, and I wish her a safe and quick recovery! It's so sad that 12-year-olds could do such a thing. Society is corrupting everyone; children are losing their innocence younger and younger. How unfortunate. I pray that these two girls that are guilty see that what they did was wrong and suffer the consequences for it, and again, I pray that the victim gets well soon.

I don't know the youngest in America, but Thompson and Venables were arrested/charged at the age of 10 in the UK.

I wouldn't advise everyone to read the case because it truly is horrific. Probably the most disgusting murder I've ever read.
