I imagine Miley's fatality would be a lot like Sindel's where she rips them apart with her hair and their bones fly everywhere etc. Except it would be with her tongue of course.
then there's the obvious Wrecking Ball fatality where she'd strip off all her clothes and swing across the screen on the wrecking ball, violently crushing the opponent etc., blood and guts flying everywhere.
Her special moves would probably be some form of twerk that deflects projectiles, the sledgehammer, the foam finger slap...
Her animality would be her turning into the giant kitty from the AMAs and crying diamonds onto the opponent who gets impaled by them.
Her two costumes would be the VMA teddy bear one, and the nude latex bikini. Her secret costume would be Hannah Montana.
