I really respect iOS. It's simple and it works well. I recommend it to my grandparents and their friends. When it comes to power and ability, however, Android is superior. Apple will continue to play catch up to countless manufacturers of an open ecosystem.
Android is awesome. iOS is awesome. Why can't we all just pick our phone and agree that we all have different tastes? Some like Apple, some like Samsung, some like HTC, etc.
But it's too reasonable, where will these people unload their aggression then?
I'm semi facepalming at the Pop stans saying that there's no need to fight or argue, everyone has their own preferences, blablabla, as if that logic can't be applied to stans wars
The fact that they feel the need to diss Android every year like clockwork is SO stupid. I've been using iOS since like 2009 but I switched this year and I've changed my mind about Android SO much. You want a good experience you buy a high end phone. You don't go from an iPhone 5 to a single core android. That's why people have this image of Android. It's an operating system and like iOS, it's not gonna run well on lower spec devices just like iOS will not run OK on the 3GS or the 4.
iOS is for the people that don't want to spend a SECOND customising a single thing. No shade no nothing, it is what it is. In order to FULLY understand and appreciate Android you need to be a little advanced. And let me say what I said on the WWDC thread.

What did they first use? The notification center? The banners? The 3rd party keyboards? The flat lockscreen? The cards multitasker? The toggles? The wireless sync? The whole cloud thing? WIDGETS? OTA updates? Social nets integration? As for the user experience? PLEASE. You need a 5S for it to be lag free. Even the 5C I had would lag.
Just chill it. No need to diss other systems and seem stupid. The way they're going they deserve to come second. I mean the fact they disrespect every other platform like this when they're clearly LACKING features compared to them is so so rude. They're not the hot thing anymore.
And stop posting the 2009 version of touchwiz and saying they copied Apple. Yes they did and they got rid of it.
