It has been like 13-14 years since 2001, so id say thats retro. No one else is doing early 2000s

I feel as though if anything that would dramatically reduce the speeds at which we experience nostalgia. With instant access to anything at any time, it's harder for us to forget the past with it at the tip of our fingertips whenever we want it. This would take away from the illusion of mystery and wonder that people have when they look back on previous decades. Obviously it'll help if the 2000s come back, but if not, you can blame it on the instant and ever present information. media, and publicity dealing with the decade on the internet.
With that said, I'm sure the fashion will come around, but not for a long time. At the earliest, give it 6 more years. We had the internet in 2008, but you didn't see people yearning for 1997 then, just because we had the internet then.
like we're still in the early/mid 90s fashion wise.
