The title explains it all. In my opinion, Coven was the most disappointing season of AHS out of the 3 (obviously Asylum took my life away), so I'm nervous for what Freak Show will bring. Nonetheless, I can't wait for the best show on television to return this fall. Can you?

I'm moreso now that Ryan said it'll be darker like Asylum as opposed to light like Coven. I take his word with caution though. He's so... ugh. He ruins all his good shows.

Coven certainly wasn't on par with Asylum in any way at all, however it did have a certain charm about it.
It almost felt like a completely different show from the regular ahs I was familiar with, yet I still really enjoyed it.
I just hope freak show brings back the darkness and genuinely scary aspects of S1&2.

Yes, for sure. It's said it will be darker, and less comedic so it's probably more like Asylum than Coven. I did like Coven for what it was though.

I hope she'll make cameos at least in future seasons. I doubt it, but it'll be good if she does.

Yes. Coven was the weakest season by far, but it was still very good.

Coven sucked but I -think- Murphy knows this based on recent interviews. So I'm semi-hopeful.
