Chris Brown has one less problem to deal with now that the final victims have agreed to settlement offers stemming from an incident with Drake in 2012.

According to the Daily Mail, the singer reached a settlement deal with the victims who suffered injuries at Club W.I.P in New York City.

After the singer filed an opposition against the club's lawyers in April, a judge ruled that all parties involved needed to make a decision on the settlement agreement. Brown was one of the eight injured at the now defunct club when Brown's and Drake's entourage were all involved in the brawl after Brown was struck with bottle.

Brown is still behind bars serving his 131 day sentence for admitting to violating his probation in October 2013.

Not surprised. He's a celebrity and has money. They all get out for "good behavior" or some sort of settlement deal.

Well considering they're usually put in solitary, kinda hard for them to do anything bad in there. So it's pretty understanding how they get out for good behavior.

In October of 2013, Chris and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with assault in Washington DC. Chris posted bail and checked himself into rehab. He was still on probation for beating and threatening to kill Rihanna and to keep his probation from being revoked he had to stay out of trouble. An L.A. judge ordered Chris to stay in rehab for 90 days and after that was completed, he was ordered to stay in until his trial date in Washington D.C. Chris got kicked out of rehab so he was jailed until his D.C. court date. Chris's bodyguard was found guilty and is appealing the verdict. He would only agree to testify in Chris's trial if he got immunity for his appeal. The prosecution refused. The bodyguard was obviously planning to take the fall for Chris in Chris's trial and then in his own second trial, tell a different story. Since he wasn't going to testify until his own trial was over, Chris was sent back to an L.A. jail (even though his lawyer wanted him to be free). The L.A. judge ended up asking Chris if he admitted to violating probation by assaulting the man in D.C. Chris said yes. The judge had no choice but to provoke the probation and sentenced Chris to a year. The judge counted the time he spent in rehab and jail up until that point. Apparently in L.A., folks routinely get out early for whatever reason, so that's why he's getting out in July.
