It all gets blood-tested for HIV anyway so I don't see why not. I was a blood-donor when I was a virgin, but now I can't.

America really needs to fix their policy on that. In my opinion if they test that blood anyway, they should be able to take any gay persons blood.
On the side note, I'm sure some lie about it anyway.
