estimate will come around September or early November.
Unless you get into the beta (past and present ATRL+ members) then you'll get it around August, hopefully.
It all really depends on when IPB4 comes out; which shouldn't be too long from now.

Athens said it was coming in the summer, so June/July I would presume.
