Well, technically Harry Styles was after Red, so there's that.
And it's more than possible that She has been on some dates that didn't turn into actual relationships. In fact, some of Her best works (Enchanted, Begin Again) are about guys who never had a long term relationship with Her.
But we're not really expecting an album full of love songs at this point.
EDIT: then again, we could get an entire album about Styles. There was so much media BS surrounding the pair of them and She likes to "use music to share what actually happens in Her life."
