I think you can buy Shades of Cool without preordering the album, right? So the preorders could be even less than SOC's final numbers, but probably not by much.
It's hard to tell since we don't know how big the gap is, but I would like to think Mariah's sold enough physical copies to bridge the gap between them on iTunes, so I doubt Lana will sell more than Mariah's predicted 55-60k by the end of the week.
Still, I think the preorder's doing very well and we still have a few weeks to go. And then of course there's all the physical copies she will sell. I think she'll do fine, but it's best not to overestimate since sales have been so bad in general.
Do you think we'll get another official single before the album drops?
