If a single underperforms, you just move on. That's what Katy Perry did with Unconditionally. It's what an artist should do. Why would you leave it and let a flop be the freshest thing in the minds of the GP. That's what Miley Cyrus shouldn't have done. As soon as Adore You flopped, she should have rush-released GETITRIGHT or SMS (Bangerz) or FU or Do My Thang.
I don't understand why people keep thinking rush-releasing another single to move on from a flop is a bad thing?
