Album sales less than 5.5 million are considered an underperformance. Her singles performance doesn't really matter at all. She gets 4 top 10s per era based on the debut weeks of her lead single and promo singles, gets like 2 hits and sells A LOT of digital tracks...and then disappears on tour leaving the rest of the singles to have success on their own for the most part. Besides a few performances, she doesn't really do much for her singles starting from the 3rd (sometimes 4th) single.
