It only premiered with 6.2 million viewers, almost 2 million less than The Cheetah Girls 2 (8.1 million viewers)

I always liked the movies, i havent watched this one yet.


What are the downfalls of this movie that made it not as successful as the previous films.

Raven leaving?

Bad plot line?

Bad acting?

Bad music?

this movie sucked.

It was terrible, the reviews haven't been too good either. Most of them comment that Raven's leaving hurt the movie, and there is no point without her. I hardly doubt the kiddies that watched it care about the acting, etc. They saw Raven wasn't in it, and didn't watch. Plus, the movie was terrible.

TCG3 was absolutely horrendous. I don't watch Disney Channel anymore, but I tuned in to watch the film and see if it would be good. Boy, I wasn't expecting it to be as bad as it was. In fact, I don't even know where to start:

1. DREADFUL script. This is the main thing that ruined the film. The script was boring and cheesy. Not much really happened in the movie, not to mention the poor character development.

2. Poor voice synchronization. You could just tell that the music was dubbed, and that really isn't a good thing.

3. The absence of Raven. The thing is, I thought it could still be a great film without her, but unfortunately it wasn't.

I think Disney needs to put this franchise to rest. I just read that they are going to be making The Cheetah Girls 4 with rumors swirling that they will be adding a new member to the group. Goodness, they butchered TCG3, so I can't believe they are actually going to continue with a fourth one. The third film basically killed my hopes and my love for the series. I won't be sticking around to see the 4th one.

They are thinking of adding Brenda Song as the new member. So they must think that'll make it more popular again like it used to. But seriously, the movie was terrible. They wasted a lot of money on this movie, not even my 9 year old cousin liked it. And imo, the characters act INCREDIBLY two-dimensional without Galleria there, it's just awkward and quiet.

I read about Brenda Song possibly being added. Honestly, I think adding a new Cheetah Girl would just make the cast and movie even MORE awkward. If Disney were smart and recognized this film as the horrific mess that it is, they would call it quits, but since they are just hungry for money, they just want to continue.

Good grief, I can picture it now. After the fourth, they'll probably do a fifth. Ugh, this franchise is officially dead to me.

There is no way Brenda Song needs to be added. I like her and all, but she's not a Cheetah Girl person (especially considering her adult solo material). The Cheetah Girls aren't even successful anymore, they're merch doesn't sell like it used to, and the ratings are obviously declining. The album didn't even do well.

Exactly, so the question here is WHY does Disney want to stretch this series even further now that's it's ruined? Disney seems to not only want money, but they seem DESPERATE for it as well. How else can anyone explain why they would continue?

Random thought: The quality of Disney Channel has declined greatly, especially in the last few years. I was hoping that the quality of The Cheetah Girls wouldn't be demolished along with the rest of the network, but I guess that was just too much to ask for.

Truthfully when I first saw that Raven wasn't in the film...my urge to see the it went away.

I haven't seen the movie...but from the previews I can tell the storyline is cheesy and predictable.

I didnt get to finish the movie but from what I saw I liked it. I didnt care about Raven because she wasn't the reasonI watched it I watch it for Adrienne and Kiley Mostly Kiely because I loved 3lw

I liked this one. I mean, it gets 6/10 for being a good movie. The second Cheetah Girls sucked ass yo. Raven got fat (no offense) but that just made me not like her cause I mean, she is beautiful and she just looked like she was eating just to be eating. I loved the first one. Raven didn't make any of the movies. I think the third one was better without her

The movie didn't even feel like a Cheetah Girls movie, the script was bad and it was absent from any Growlicious-ness. The music was hot, the dancing was good but everything else fell flat.

Raven add's that spunk, sass and attitude to the cheetah girls, without her they're just another trio of contemporary artists. they don't have the wow factor without her.

Anyone notice how they wear less and less Cheetah print in every movie.

The first movie was the ****, the second was great. The decline was predictable.
