Old news. It's their fault for not having a passcode.

Oh good thing I never downloaded that

I was reading about this on another forum I visit the other day. A member had it happen to them. The hackers had complete remote access. They tapped into their banking app, tried to change their amazon and Internet banking passwords etc

It was reported a day ago. Whether or not the user chooses to keep a pass code or not shouldn't allow someone to hack your device from anywhere in world.

He was able to do it anyone, only users that had previously set passcodes were able to regain access without extra measures.

Crazy.

Personally I don't like keeping passcodes on my phones. I hate the extra step just to check something.

Now in the articles they are suggesting add two step authentication to your phones to help prevent the exploit.

You don't know if that person cannot afford the latest thing. They could be starving, homeless or broke. That could be that person's computer, as the father sold it to buy weed and strippers. That person can use the music to calm themselves, be there for them. It could be a hand me down, or a friend gave it to them as a gift, knowing it will get hacked. That person could be surrounded by fake friends. Don't you dare laugh.

Exactly! People don't know struggle.

Right, because having control over the privacy of your phone means you should have it hacked.
