My point isn't that it hasn't been released , my point is that PH should not be made fun of cuz it hasn't even started what it will accomplish.
Even when it does get released to you really think it'll be a 10 week #1?

No, it will most likely not match Beyoncé's second longest running #1.
..."top 40 AT BEST" makes no sense, a #1 is top 40.
