PLEDIS is a messy label but they menaged to get a big group (OC) and Dambi + AS were pretty big at the start of their carreers... NU'EST were pretty much the only group who failed from them.
The main problem with them is that they don't know what to do with their big acts and end up letting them fade, AS had a momentum with BOY-Bang! but then they decided to give them a year break, that's too much time for k-pop girls that are not stabilished yet, the public started to forget/not care about them.
About full albums, that's not something strange, Secret, Dal Shabet, 4minute and some others have all released only 1 studio album in korea, that's just how things work there for girlgroups.
I'm really happy with the direction AS is taking with their music tho, i hope they continue to serving amazing maxi-singles and full albums in japan.

1. Pledis called AS fanpage (Raina's fanpage I think) for a banner since every artist was gonna have one the day before the idol olympic thing so the fanpage master went all that crap to get that **** figured out in a day
2. They (AS stans) went to watch the thing but after a while AS members disappeared and it turns out they were "tired" and stayed in the waiting room after filming their part ~ missed the closing ceremony as well.
3. AS stans who went were fuming at the fact that (1). AS members didn't even put in the effort to greet the fans who went all the way there to support them (they were sick apparently) and (2) Pledis/Fanmanager/AS members didn't tell them that they were just gonna "disappear" in the middle for however many hours
so their fans went on a rant and Raina responded with a couple of tweets and deleted everything after a while
+ Fanpages are "temporarily" closing down as in an action of boycott to Pledis

I am very grateful for all the fans who always come out when we’re promoting, and I wanted to buy them some food. I told the fan relations manager every week, and I got upset when it didn’t work out, I was annoyed so I said I would buy it myself. But during the last broadcasted the idea fizzled out and I’m sorry I couldn’t do this for you.
Anyways, you might feel like it’s all just excuses now it’s all over and done with, that my mind/heart is all lies, and this also hurts me. I trust that this isn’t due to only what happened yesterday.
For me, just your encouragement is enough.. And looking over me with that kind of heart is also difficult for me. I apologize for not being able to be a singer who tries to understand and it must have been difficult until now, and I sincerely thank you for coming till this point only looking over me..
