That sounds like an awful future. Equal pay and all that is an important issue of course, but it's not something that needs its own dedicated political parties and isn't exactly the most important issue facing Governments today... I'd hope my Government was more than just a glorified pressure group for one specific issue that doesn't even effect me.
Anyway, isn't feminism quite an old issue at this point rather than the future? The only real issues left that I can think of is equal pay and the "glass ceiling" - but in most developed nations I'm sure you can already report those companies to the Government if you can prove you're being overlooked due to your gender rather than due to Skills/Experience/etc. Equal pay acts are decades old in most nations and the pay gap is constantly decreasing, it's a bit late for parties dedicated to it to takeover.
