Malay NGO to sue Cadbury for 100 million over pig DNA found in chocolates

Tests conducted by the Health Ministry on Cadbury chocolate products had found pig DNA in them.

Following this, the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) immediately suspended the products' halal certification, while Cadbury said it would recall them from stores.

NOTE: Pig and pig produts are banned in muslim countries.

Don't act like it's a pointless thread.

Pork product goes against religious practices. Cadbury (probably) willingly put these products in there besides this fact. Not to mention, it's chocolate. Pig should not be in chocolate.

They're just not supposed to. I feel like the average Muslim isn't too concerned about hell if they accidentally eat pig product. They won't be very happy with this news, but they'd be fine.
