Because they uploaded one which was the "non explicit" version, then like a day later uploaded the "explicit" version which basically is the exact same clip. Only Gagz!

Also remember at the time people like Pigrez were up her @ss so kept spamming their own floppy flash version of the video. Today, everyone embeds the Vevo Youtube clip for streams (except Perez who went out of his way to make a flop version of Applause to stop Gaga getting all of 50 views from his website

I actually don't really know about other artist. Al I know is that she is going into space and give a performance afterwards on ground zero. It's possible other artist are performing but I don't know
