That sounds like Santeria, a religion. Not sure WHY you are asking about Hispanics since everyone who comes from a Spanish speaking country is Hispanic.
There's a difference between HISPANIC and SPANISH people.
Hispanic = latinos from Latin America or any other people speaking spanish who are not from Spain. Spanish= people born in Spain (an European country).
