Its just logical. No one is talking about the latest devices.
Apple are suing over the original Samsung phones that were iPhone rip offs.
Not the later ones like everyone else is making out like they are
Are you trying tell me that is Apple made an iNote that was exactly the same Samsung wouldn't sue?
That's what the stakes are.
Apple aren't worried about idea's being borrowed etc. But there is a difference between borrowing and cloning.
If Samsung sued Apple if Apple made an exact copy of a Samsung device, I'd agree to that too.
You need to stop the "fan boy" business, because I have agreed to Samsung's arguments as well.
But the logic that Samsung's earlier phones were nothing like the iPhone are just delusional.
If Apple were bothered by the competition it would try and sue all the new devices that came out that were like the iPhone. Instead they sue over a small amount of phones that copied the iPhone directly.
I'm so excited for Surface Mini.
