Strangers giving their irrelevant opinion on whether or not they find you attractive by deeming you "hot" or "not"? Aside from narcissism and boosting one's self esteem, what is it about?

I don't have that but I've gotten near three thousand likes on my IG, and ****. I'm good.

What I'm bothered by is the fact that I am part of a narcissistic, approval-craving generation that cares too much about what people think of them and aren't actually secure in themselves.

But the score you get is a feature It is about meeting people, not to determine how good or bad you look. But good to hear that you have such a great self esteem
