I was a few year ago but now I'm very skinny

I was in my head for a long time. My family kept telling me I lost weight but I didn't see it. I checked it out and surprisingly I lost 20 pounds.

I'm 5'11 so I hold a good amount of weight but I'm not fat...at least not anymore lol.

Fat is an offensive word try obese it's better

No. I want to lose weight and get fit but I'm well within a normal range for my age and height.

What if they're happy and not so overweight that it's an inconvenience or a health risk? "Fat" people aren't necessarily in a bad place in any regard.

No my country has one of the lowest obesity rates in Europe
