Beyoncé is the only one tbh. It's within her range (except for the whistle notes) and she has the agility and flexiblity to pull it off. Plus she has the lung power. Her voice isn't as resonant as Mariah's, but I think she can do it.

Not Xtina at all. Her oversinging and strained, hoarse belts would destroy the song.
Beyonce could do it and substitute the whistle note with a high 6th octave head voice note like someone said before.
