Yes, I see no need to pay for something full price unless I have no choice, which rarely happens. I'll always look for the best deals at the supermarket, wait for sales at clothing stores, etc.
It's partly due to necessity, I live in one of the most expensive areas in the US, but I also get a thrill when I get a good deal on something.
