Hasbro own Transformers. Kick Ass is under Icon which is a Marvel subsidiary, but it means the creators have full control so it belongs to them.

Getting technical film-wise, some Marvel properties were sold off to other studios to make movies of:

X-Men and Fantastic Four are FOX
Spider-Man is Sony
And then though they aren't really Marvel: Kick Ass is Lionsgate and Transformers is Viacom/Paramount

Hulk was disappointing, I don't really care much for the first two Spider-Man movies. Either liked or loved the rest (mostly loved.) Wanting to see Cap 2 + ASM2 a lot. I know, I have a messy taste but don't judge me.

I'm not a huge Marvel fan but i really enjoyed the original X-Men, First Class and DoFP, the Spiderman reboot is great too.

Not a fan of their recent efforts. I'll say xmen first class because I haven't seen DOFP yet.
