Beyonce, her lack of online presence caused people to feel like she doesn't care about them. She doesn't have a Twitter account, she doesn't update the Facebook fanpage by herself, she doesn't have Instagram I guess. It feels like she's absent.

She just never reaches out to her fans.

Okay, so perhaps she doesn't hit her fans with microphones, laugh at them for being broke, cuss them out on social networking sites, stand 100 meters away from them in meet and greets but yes, the other pop girls do clearly care about their fans more than Bey.
When Bey had a miscarriage, she used that period to give back to her fans. If that's not caring about her fans, then I don't know what it is.
