And West Coast is no Born To Die or Video Games or Ride or Young and Beautiful. Her voice on those songs sent chills to listeners.

Born To Die lonesome haunting vocals.

Video Games as soon as she sings along with those strings at the beginning.... goose bumps.

Ride ....the beginning with her humming....life destroyed.

Young and Beautiful her voice melt ice cream with this song and lets not forget the haunting ad libs.


West Coast felt nothing when i listen to it. Dan Auerbach did her wrong by letting the instrumental overshadow her voice.

You still have Mariah.

I have never had too much love for Young & Beautiful (one of her corniest songs) and Ride.

West Coast takes you to another completely different level respect BTD and that additional sound to the final chorus emphasize the all even more !!!

Not here for it either and I'm also not here for this basic Lana.

The problem is that Lana is going backward not forward.

Alot of people expect her to go bigger and grander with her sound/image but she's regressing instead.

I tried really hard to convince myself to like West Coast. I didn't feel it at first then it grew on me because I literally had to force myself to like it....I mean it's Dalai..I have to like it...I stan for her.

But after listening to it over over over again, I was like why I am forcing myself like this?

Then I realized it's $HIT and got nothing on her previous materials.
