Utter BS.
Monica is not a victim but a homewreaker, an adulterer and a phonetapped foreign agent. Oh and she was not a young girl but an adult in her 20s when she was orally servicing someone's husband. She knew she was up to no good.
And no Bill Clinton didn't "get away with it". He was almost impeached. Ironically he was bailed out by Feminists who refused to take Monica as a victim and openly came out in support of Clinton based on his and his wife's political views (Feminists felt they had to, in order to prevent Bill from getting kicked out and eventually replaced by a another president, possibly a Republican)
