It kinda depends what mood you're in/what genre you want.

Ultimate Kylie is probably the best Greatest Hits, it doesn't really include her indie work in the 90's though, but i'd suggest leaving those albums until you've listened to the rest so you can appreciate them more, it's more for the proper fans not casual listening.
