I used to have 20/20 vision but my eyes went to absolute **** very quickly about 3 years ago I have glasses but I hardly ever wear them even though I should be wearing them all the time
the right is perfect (almost), but the left is terrible and blurry
I'm thinking on a surgery in a few years on the left eye so I don't have to wear glasses
I wear contact lenses every day. I'm short-sighted (so I can't see far away - I need them for movies and driving and reading off lecture screens at college)
My prescription is only -1.75 though so I'm not blind as a bat. And I'm -1.75 in each eye so I never have to bother with worrying about which contact is left and which is right

So lucky... Do you know how expensive it is buying contacts for astigmatism?
It's like $40-$50 just for one box for one eye. The struggle is REAL.
I have Retinopathy of Prematurity which has now worsened, I now have short-sightedness and cataracts because of it, My prescription is -9.50 in my right and -10.25 in my left (I think, I'm not sure, my prescription was updated about 2 months ago), my visual acuity is 6/18 in my right eye and 6/48 in my left eye.
