I don't think it was as bad as it sounds because the sound quality of the recording couldn't handle it when she got louder
That said, she had pitch problems throughout the entire performance and it was still a hot mess
But she was 15 and I'm sure it sounded better in person

This was quite literally hurting my ears. Jesus, listening to Janet trying to sing "Pleasure Principle" in '06 would be better because at least you can barely hear her
Not to mention, that was an amazing dancing performance.
