Tired of people whining that it's not "electropop"
That's the kind of music she made when she was coerced by her label. It's not coming back, jump ship.
Sick of the people complaining about Sweat and I'm Doing Me. She's never doing the electro, generic pop stuff anymore.
She's evolved in the 3 years she's been doing that sound, and this is who she really is. It's this 'Gypsy-Pop' or 'Gypsy-Vintage' sound and I'm happy she's at least doing pop music.
I need her to go ahead and drag all the people who keep whining about the "electro bops" like DROP it.
Get your fill in some other generic artist's catalog, I'm happy Neon's doing her own thing now.

She even DM'd me on Twitter and said that she's past that and we shouldn't worry, because the new music she has coming, is magical and a lot better.
Also, her voice has improved and she's able to sing better.
A lot of her fanbase is gonna be the people that want the generic stuff.
I guess it just means it's time for them to find a new generic artist to stan for.
Neon didn't leak 'I'm Doing Me', she posted a demo 1 of 'I'm Doing Me', and this is her plan for releasing and previewing new music. If she leaked anything she'd get into trouble because she didn't own any of her previous material.
All the 2 albums-worth of material she's recorded, that fits in with the FREEDOM theme, she owns, and she puts it out how she and the fans want.
Also, Neon has said in the past, that she hates leaks and is against people leaking her songs. A lot of the old, generic, pop songs she made (totalling 70 or 75, I'm not sure) will be passed onto other artists.

The plan:
She posts demos of songs and we give feedback on her Facebook Group (not Artist Page) (or tell her on Twitter) and tell her what we think.
She'll update us, I suppose fortnightly with her webisodes or vlog posts and we decide what songs (not all) make the album, etc. I think its great she's going the Macklemore-route.
