Out of the one mentioned, here's where I think they stand:
1. Beyonce
2. Kelly Clarkson
3. Ariana
4. Leona
5. Jennifer
6. Gaga
7. Xtina
8. Miley/Adele
Beyoncé is the best and the others are kinda meaningless. Kelly Clarkson needs to train her voice to improve her storytelling and melismas. She also needs to realize the limitation of her voice.

I think storytelling is one of the things she's best at.....that's something that sets her apart. And she doesn't have any trouble with melisma, she does it sometimes.....it's just not her style to do it a lot. I think she knows her limits pretty well.

She has no idea what the **** she's saying in this video. She's just concentrating on hitting notes. Her ad-libs are also very ******.
@4:00 - The result of her not knowing the limitation of her voice.
@3:34 - Her storytelling is also very ****** here and she's trying so hard to hit notes her vocal chords can't produce properly. She has been making her voice worse and smaller. It's really sad.
@1:54 - Her voice can't produce a decent G5 anymore but she still tries so hard to hit it. She SHOULD start to train her voice.

Of course she does? That's not her best example, not every single performance is going to be a great example of emoting (especially the dozens of fan requests she did where she learned the songs in 24 hours).
She has not been making her voice worse and smaller On that tour, she was hitting the A5s in Miss Independent (that aren't even on the album version) every single night, something she had never done before.
And loling at "her voice can't produce a decent G5 anymore" You're aware that duet was recorded when she was throwing up constantly due to her pregnancy, right? The fact that she can still deliver a G5 like that while being that sick is fantastic.
Fantastic G5 here at 3:10
Plenty fantastic G5s, G#5s, A5s, etc in that video.
Fantastic G#5 here while she was in the period where she was throwing up all day.
And just a couple of the many examples of her great storytelling
I can't take people saying Adele seriously, she hasn't done anything worthy of being hailed as the 'Vocalist of our generation'. For me personally, I'd have to say Kelly Clarkson - her accolades and achievements speaks for itself + she has the talent to back up those.
It's between Kelly and Beyonce
The only portion of the voice that Kelly edges out Beyonce is the upper chest voice (from E5-G#5/A5)
Kelly doesn't show much proficiency outside of that..
Beyonce has the larger connected range
Better intonation
displays more vocal skill/innate ability
More agility and ease throughout her entire range (she sings with the MOST freedom with the least tension)
Lower register?? - Beyonce
Mid-belts (B4-D5) Kelly takes some, but her voice doesn't truly bloom until she reaches Eb5/E5 -Beyonce her placement is impeccable here (which results in more resonance and a better tonal production in general)
Upper Chest - Kelly!!
Head Voice - Beyonce
so yeah.. Kelly takes the upper chest while Beyonce takes virtually everything else..
